As well as our guide spending time showing us... read more Jinka (invaluable!), we did a day tour from Jinka to see the Mursi tribe and all had the best time... Amanuel, our tour guide, took everyone into account and made sure we all enjoyed ourselves. His knowledge and connection with the tribe was so helpful and we have great at memories.

We visited the tribes in a few areas, dipped our feet in the river, saw Colobus monkeys... Wonderful experience

We were recommended Emmanuel as a tour guide from Jinka by a family member, and we have been so grateful.
He arranged some... read more perfect days for us during our stay. We took tuktuks to the local market and feasted on freshly fried donuts with sweet tea and browsed local produce and delicacies. We went on a trip to see the Mursi. Ammanuel was very knowledgeable and has a great relationship with local people, we benefitted from reduced park fees, great transport and warm receptions. Above all Emmanuel is simply a lovely person to be with, warm and helpful and fun, and enhanced our family group. My preteen kids loved him and the Ethiopian card games, impromptu Afrobeats dance classes and rest stops for long grass picking he initiated. He also has a great eye for pictures and videos. I would wholeheartedly recommend Emmanuel to anyone wanting to see this part of the world.
